webMake lets you generate, edit and publish websites. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe.

Don’t use webMake for illegal content, spam, malware, infringing others’ rights, or abusing the AI generation (which is subject to daily fair-use limits). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own the sites you create and are responsible for their content, including any images you upload and any claims you publish. AI-generated drafts are a starting point — review them before publishing.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We aren’t liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from downtime or content you publish.
